A revolutionary concept, YOUnion introduces many ‘firsts’ to Delhi, such as the country’s largest menu dedicated entirely to shots and a delightfully tropical and carnival-like vibe that will transport patrons from the moment they enter. The entire ceiling is covered with 30,000 artificial hanging flowers and greens and the colour scheme of the whole bar is green giving out major Amazonian feels to the spectator. Entirely youth-centric with a focus on fun and comfort, the new space will encourage guests to kick back and relax while enjoying the vast variety of food and drinks to offer.
One of the major highlights of YOUnion’s bar is its shots menu, possibly the largest selection found in India, with 300 varieties available to guests. The most expansive, curated liquor menu in Delhi is also on offer along with a vast menu of bespoke cocktails designed for sharing. What’s more, special, unique glassware makers have developed completely customized glassware for the bar, including Hollywood specialists that make uniforms and props for some of Hollywood’s largest blockbusters. Each shot and cocktail glass is different, and guests will enjoy picking and choosing the one that suits their mood – and their drink – the best. One can even get the shot served by a robot. The wide selection of glassware includes some unique shapes like cactus, heart, cupcake, skeleton and even a high heeled stiletto. For the bar’s Stormtrooper cocktail, the helmet-shaped glass it is served in has been designed by Andrew Ainsworth himself, the prop-maker who made the original helmets for the popular movie in the Star Wars franchise.
YOUnion’s interiors have been built with the current generation in mind. Every square inch is packed with fun and innovative design elements. Even before entering, guests are greeted by a graffiti-inspired theme of mystical landscapes.
