Launched in December 2012 by Zorawar Kalra — “the Prince of Indian Cuisine” — and mentored by his father, the legendary Jiggs Kalra, Massive Restaurants set out to showcase the evolution of Indian cuisine and put it on the global palate, permanently.
Today the group runs critically acclaimed concepts across fine dining, modern bistros, bars and craft delivery kitchens.
