Louis Burger is a tribute to Louis Lassen, credited with introducing the burger to the world. Fine ingredients meet freshly baked, milk-washed buns — cloud-light — and exclusively sourced mature cheddar.
The fries are 11 mm thick with their skin on, the lettuce as fresh as can be. Created as the group’s first cloud-kitchen brand, it launched in Mumbai before expanding across India’s metros.
