Chef Gaggan Anand returns home to New Delhi after twenty years, in partnership with Zorawar Kalra — where a new story of Indian food begins.
Gaggan Anand spent two decades rewriting the rules of Indian cuisine abroad, earning Michelin stars and four consecutive years at No. 1 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. With Raga, he comes home to Delhi.
The name is built from two chefs: RA is Rydo Anton, Group Executive Chef; GA is Gaggan Anand. Created in partnership with Zorawar Kalra, Raga brings together Gaggan’s rebellion and Zorawar’s belief in the future of Indian food — on Janpath, in the heart of Connaught Place.
